Arnoglossum atriplicifolium - Pale Indian Plantain - 38 Plug Tray

Pale Indian Plantain is an eye-catching perennial with an impressive eight foot height, thick, purple stem, and huge basal leaves that somewhat resemble sycamore leaves. Its flat-topped clusters of white, tubular flowers bloom in late summer. It prefers medium to well-drained soils and full sun to partial shade. It attracts a diversity of small bees and flies and provides food and habitat for birds while resisting herbivory from deer and other mammals.
